City Hosts Public Workshop on the draft Municipal Climate Action Plan

We ride bikes for many reasons - for fun, health and transportation. But did you know that building bike lanes is also part of our city's climate mitigation plan? That's right. The city's 2020 Natural Resources Inventory recommends implementing our Complete Streets plan -- building more bike lanes and sidewalks -- to reduce the number of short trips we take by car. Interested? On May 27th at 6PM, the city will host a public workshop on the draft Municipal Climate Action Plan at the Saratoga Springs Public Library, which will address actions the city can take to mitigate the effects of climate change. Come hear what's in the plan!
