Notice of Special Meeting – February 16, 2025, at 6 PM via Zoom.

 There will be a special Zoom meeting of the Bikeatoga membership on Sunday, February 16th at 6 PM to amend the organization’s ByLaws.   The principal proposed changes will:

1.        Change the period of memberships from the calendar year to any annual period set by the Board of Directors.

2.        Authorize the Board of Directors to create additional Director positions up to a total of twelve.

3.        Create staggered three-year terms for Directors.

4.        Remove the requirement to create Standing Committees and vest the Board of Directors to create ad hoc committees as necessary.
